The size is 3 ft 9 in wide, and 3 ft 0 in deep on the pike, plus gold fringe. (This image is too wide.) The central red circle is almost one third the depth of the flag. (This image is about right.) The central badge reflects the distortion of folds in the original photo, and should be straightened a little.
